Douglas Royce Ltd. (DRL) is a Cygnian multinational corporation that designs, manufactures, and sells aeroplanes, rotorcraft, rockets, and satellites worldwide. The company also provides leasing and product support services. Douglas Royce is among the largest global aircraft manufacturers; it is the second-largest defence contractor in the world based on 2015 revenue, and is the largest exporter in Cygnia by pound value. Douglas Royce stock is a component of the Heinz Olivier Industrial Average.

Douglas Royce's corporate headquarters are located in Sydney, New Albion. The present corporation is the result of the merger of Douglas Aircraft and Rolls-Royce on 28 April 1967. The company is led by President and CEO Dennis Muilenburg. Douglas Royce is organised into five primary divisions: Douglas Royce Commercial Aeroplanes (DRCA); Douglas Royce Defence & Aerospace Technologies (DRAT); Engineering, Operations & Technology; Douglas Royce Capital; and Douglas Royce Shared Services Group.
