The Hon. Daniel Simon Grant (12 October 1751 - 18 December 1833) was the seventh President-General of the United Provinces of America.
Grant was the founder and first leader of the Progressive Party of America in late-1809 from more moderate parts of the American Tories and the more conservative elements of the American Whigs.
Grant became President-General in June, 1816.
