The Cygnian Provisional Government, officially the Provisional and Transitional Council of the Cygnian Realm, was the provisional government established in 1943 following the Cygnian Revolution which overthrew the Democratic Republic of Cygnia and its Hellerist government. Throughout its three-year existence it was led by Prince Ellory, who would become Emperor Ellory I of Cygnia.
