The Cygnian Ministry of Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs (MFCA), often referred to as the Foreign Ministry, is the executive ministry of the Cygnian federal government charged with the responsibility of advancing the interests of Cygnia and its citizens internationally. It manages the government's foreign relations and trade policies. The Foreign Ministry negotiates treaties and agreements with foreign entities, and represents Cygnia at the United Nations. The Ministry was created in 1792 and was the first executive ministry established.

The head of the ministry is the Secretary for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs and Head of the Foreign Service, currently Jan Adams, who reports to the Minister for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, presently Senator Penny Wong. The Ministry is headquartered in the R. G. Casey Building in Northam, TS. The Ministry operates the diplomatic missions of Cygnia abroad, and is also the depository for more than 200 multilateral treaties.
