Arthur (Arthur Frederick Patrick Albert) was the first Crown Prince of the independent state of Florida.
He was born on 13 January 1883 at Windsor Castle, England, the only son of then Prince Arthur of Great Britain and Ireland, later King Arthur I of Florida, and his wife Princess Louisa Margaret of Prussia. Through his parents, Crown Prince Arthur was closely related to the ruling houses of both the British and German Empires.
As he died before his father, he never inherited the throne of Florida.
He married on 15 October 1913 at the Royal Palace, Tallahassee, Florida to Princess Alexandra Duff of Fife (1891-1959), a daughter of Alexander Duff, 1st Duke of Fife (1840-1912) and his wife Lady Agnes Hay, having a son:
Prince Alastair (1914-1943), who succeeded his grandfather as King Alastair I of Florida.
