The Council of Industrial Countries (CIC) (French: Conseil des pays industrialisés/CPI) is a multinational economic union composed of the Empire of France and several of her most critical economic allies. While initially begun as an economic union to barter favorable and lucrative trade arrangements between France and her critical trading partners, during the late 1950's and all of the 1960's the CIC developed into a military and geopolitical bloc in the burgeoning Cold War with the United States.

The headquarters of the CIC are located in Hamburg, at an official "neutral enclave" that is afforded the same protections as an embassy.
