Claus von Stauffenberg

Claus von Stauffenberg is a former colonel in the German Army born in 1907 on the eve of World War One. Stauffenberg joined the German Army in 1926 and studied modern weapons in Berlin.

During the Invasion of Poland, Stauffenberg opposed all means of the invasion, but did not want to speak out. When the Polish went on the defensive and invaded Germany, Stauffenberg fled Germany to France, and later to the Neutral Planet of Luna.

He spent the remainder of his life on Luna, where he studied Novan weapons, and assisted Rommel in the formation of the Luna Defense Forces in 1979. He died in 1980.
