Boudewijn (7 September 1930-31 July 1993) was Count of Flanders. He became Count of Flanders after the abdication of his father on 17 July 1951 and reigned to his death on 9 August 1993.

He married on 15 December 1960 to Doña Fabiola de Mora y Aragon (born 1928), a daughter of Gonzalo de Mora y Fernández, Riera y del Olmo, 4th Marquess of Casa Riera, 2nd Count of Mora (1887-1957). The couple had no children.

During a visit to Poland, Boudewijn fell ill and passed away on 9 August 1993. He was succeeded by his brother, Albert II.
