Ben's Dream is a timeline based on a counter-factual history in which the Albany Congress of 1754 succeeded in gaining the support of the British colonies in North America for the creation of an inter-colonial union, as originally proposed by Benjamin Franklin. The North American Union and Self-Governance Act of 1762 created this Union, and thus averted OTL conflicts arising over taxation, and thus the American Revolution. Britain thus rises to become the greatest power in World History, even into the present.
