Anglo-America is the unofficial name given to the part of the americas inhabited mainly by those of english descent. Although it is sometime use to refer to any place where english is spoken, it is more commonly meant in the geographical sense of the countries between on the borders of the URP to the east of the the apalachians.
[edit] History
The area now known as anglo-america was originaly a number of British settlements collectively called New-England. Following the events of the second English revolution, the colony virtually crumbled as various factions took advantages of the chaos to gain autonomy from the metropole.
Although it was briefly united in the early 19th century, foreign intervention and the lack of common goals have prevented any hope of a lasting federation.
