Andrei Andreyovich Mityov was the 48th Chancellor of the Russian Empire. Mityov was the first Nationalist Chancellor. Mityov was the major proponent of Samoyedic autonomy which paved the path for several new krais to be formed. Mityov was ultimately a popular ruler, who steered clear of the Socotran War between Arabia and Ethiopia. He was openly against Scandinavian Prime Minister Simon Ulrik Haall.
