The provincial template does have a flag tag. I redirected {{ProvinceInfoAi}} and {{ProvinceInfoAe}} into {{Sub-national entity}}.

|CoA=xxx.svg or |seal=xxx.svg (use it accordingly). If you want to modify the caption: |CoA_caption=the unique coat of peace.
