Member States


Article 1 (Military and Defense)

I: Member states shall avoid war if possible an use diplomacy until force is a last resort.

II: With the exception of the Papal Swiss Guard, and Swiss defense of Liechtenstein, nations are prohibited from deploying troops in foreign nations without the agreement of 2/3 of members.

III: All nations may operate a military force as a deterrent from invasion.

IV: Member states are obligated to defend one another.

V: Defensive fortifications are permitted along member states borders am borders of other nations in case one or more fall, so there is still security.

VI: Member states may host government in-exile's to the extent that the aggressor will not perform any hostile actions against any member state.
