Albert Kerry, Jr. is an American politician and former cosmonaut. He was the first man in space when Enterprise 1 took him to space. He remained in static orbit around the Earth for 11 hours before he returned to Earth and landed in the Pacific Ocean. He later served on Artemis 8 and became the first man on the moon with Ned Crone and Sergei Zyuganov in 1963. Kerry returned to the moon with Artemis 17 in 1977 before retiring from the NASEA. He then shifted his focus to politics, and was the American Ambassador to the League of Nations from 1981 to 1987. Kerry currently resides in New York and teaches at the West Point military academy.
