A Worse Black Plague

Year 1349. The black plague has overrun Europe and corpses are piled in the streets of towns, villages and cities, no one has survived to bury them. In little over a year, Europe will be depopulated and the Christianity began to become a story of universal history.
In the European decline, Islam and China stand as the only major planetary civilization, which will compete for the domination of the world, while India struggle to maintain their independence, finding an unexpected ally in Native Americans....
In 1349, the Black Plague hited Europe and it devasted the continent, killing about 97% of the population as you can see. Other diferences with OTL include the "facts" that the distribution and types of religions are rather different, ' ' death ' ' civilizations are world wide powers, there was only one world war, but it lasted 67 years and killed about 1 billion people, feminism is an important movement in the muslim world (quite the opposite to OTL), the third world is settled in europe and the developed countries are settled in the rainforests and desserts, the muslim calendar is the most used in this world (year zero of this calendar is the equivalent to the year 622 in our calendar), etc...
