The POD in 1983: Irina Khakamada visited and studied in Japan in 1983, then returned 1984 and then by 1991, the USSR gets turned into the Russian Federation, and then Irina Khakamada became President of Russia. Soon she turns Russia into Second Japan.
Meanwhile Sergei Sviatchenko visited Finland in 1985 and then arrived back to Ukraine a year later. After Ukraine declared independence, Sergei Sviatchenko became President and begun making the Ukraine similar to Finland.
By 2012, Russia and Ukraine becomes very similar to Japan and Finland; economy, industry, culture and other.
