The 2009 AFL Grand Final was an Australian Rules Football match contested on 26 September 2009, held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground and played between the Western Bulldogs and Collingwood Football Clubs held to determine the premiers of the 2009 AFL Season.

It was the 116th annual AFL Grand Final, and was attended by 100,008 spectators, the first time a crowd exceeded 100,000 since the 1986 VFL Grand Final. The win by the Western Bulldogs by a margin of 23 points was their 6th Premiership, and the 5th in 12 years.
