The 2008 AFL Grand Final was an Australian rules football game contested between the Richmond Football Club and the Western Bulldogs held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground to determine the premiers of the 2008 AFL season. Held on the 27 September 2008, the match was attended by 98,901 spectators, and was won by the Richmond Football Club with a margin of 44 points, marking the clubs 11th Presmiership flag, and the first in 28 years.
