The 2006 AFL Grand Final was an Australian Rules Football championship match contested between the Western Bulldogs and the Carlton at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on September 30 2006. It was the 110th annual Grand Final held staged to determine the premiers of the 2006 AFL season. Attended by 97,584 spectators, it was won by the Western Bulldogs by a margin of 28 points, and marked the clubs 7th Grand Final apperance and 5th Premiership.
