2006- The investigations into the Jack Abramoff affair get started a year late, so that by November 7th, 2006, little has come out about Congressional corruption. Tom Delay remains Majority Leader. Meanwhile, the "inappropriate messages" to House interns by Rep. Mark Foley of Florida never come to light. He wins handily his re-election bid.
