The 1994 Cleveland Browns season was the team's 45th season with the American Football League. It was the first season that the Browns qualified for the playoffs under head coach Bill Belichick. In the playoffs, Belichick got his first playoff victory as a head coach in the AFC Wild Card Game against the New England Patriots, the same team whom he would build into a AFL dynasty, leading them to three Super Bowl championships in four years.
