The presumption that we move no troops is false, we can see you coming from a long way away because you have to sail from Burgundy to Arcadia we can move troops to defend. I also have 50 ships in the region which you have ignored. Your population is not that high considering your colony has less population and you have to take 60% of your home population score away.
