Next was Artorivs Solanivs of Britannica at 47. Once again the Emperorship came to a distant provincial working in the Empire’s government. Britannia had been under Roman rule for almost 4 and a half centuries and of all the provinces, Britannia, at least its Southern part, showed a high acceptance of Romanisation. Being proud of his homeland’s loyalty and perseverance, he had the Senate vote on allowing it into the Senate (a new requirement from Crvvxivs’ rule) The vote ended with an agreement if the older provinces of Beliares and Sicilia were also admitted. This was done sequencially with Beliares in 1304(551), Cilicia in 1305(552), and Britannia Superior in 1306(553).

Over all of Rome’s rule of Britannia, raids by the Hibernian clans had caused much trouble and with a new Senatorial seat in the area, and with the Britannic Senator’s pleadings, in 1317(564) the Senate voted to blockade and conquer Hibernia. This was completed by 1328(575) though Hibernia would retain a powerful rebel unerground for some time. Which would be very costly to put down but it was probably better that they stamp them out now before anything disasterous could occur in the world. Artorivs died in 1333(580) at 78, the same year a Venitian ADA developed the first eyewear capable of correcting a person’s vision to some degree. They were called Vitreusi because they were made of glass.
