Here, he caught a disease in the barracks from the men. He was in in 50s at this time, a ripe age in 753 CE. He died the week the rebellion was supposed to take place. His cohorts took this as a sign from above and abandoned their plan for their domination of China. This means 224 million survive, making China even more populated then it is now. The '''French Union''' its the association of France with its noneuropean territories. Its origins are in the French Colonial Union (Union coloniale française) a pressure and lobby group founded in 1893. Its main leader and President of the Union was Joseph Chailley-Bert. In a short time it became the colonial party in the French National Assembly. The main purpose was to ensure that French colonialism had the support and investment of national industry and capital. The economic importance of the colonies was overlooked by many and the mission of the Union was to correct this misconception. Therefore it favored all measures that would facilitate the administration and integration to the homeland of the colonies. In other groups there was also the idea of the civilizing mission (Mission civilisatrice) of France upon its colonial possessions. It became the rationale for intervention or colonization, proposing to contribute to spread the civilization (mainly the French one), or Westernization of indigenous peoples.

Until them no great importance was given to the colonial question. After the Moroccan Crisis of 1911 it seemed clear that the Franco-German tensions, could break in a full war and the colonies could give a military advantage. In 1915 the Minister of Colonies Gaston Doumergue asked Chailley-Bert to propose a governmental plan for the better administration of the French colonies, protectorates and overseas territories. Until his death in 1928, Chailley-Bert became the chief architect and adviser for the various administrations on the colonial system.

After World War I a series of event would lead to the French Union. The first one would be the granting of French Citizenship to all persons and soldiers that participated in the defense of Metropolitan France. This measure benefited not only the Colonial Force but also habitants and native administrators in the colonies that helped in the defense of the Republic. The law on Overseas Departments that changed the status of the Caribbean colonies (French Guiana , Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon) into full French departments integrated to the mainland with full rights and political representation, it also gave full French citizenship to its habitants. Territorial and administrative reorganization of Indochina, West Africa, Equatorial Africa, Pacific and India. And finally the establishment of a monetary union of the territories and colonies. The licenses of the private banks to emit the colonial or regional francs is revoked. All the functions are transfered to the caisse centrale de la France d'outre-mer.

The '''Imperial Commonwealth Federation''' assembles the former British Empire. It consists of the United Kingdom, dominions with full or partial home rule, protectorates and colonies.

Its origins are in the Imperial Conferences (Colonial Conferences before 1911), where the chiefs of governments of the United Kingdom and the Dominions meet to discuss on matters of common interest. A major reform occurs, after World War I with the approval of the Statue of Westminster. This legislation formalizes the relations between the UK and the Dominions and the relationship of the protectorates and colonies with the UK and Dominions. Although many natives were initially discontented with foreign rule, the British proved themselves to be benevolent colonial masters. Although an independence movement arose in the first decade of the 20th century, it was not taken seriously by anybody.

In WWI, many Indians served in the British army. In WWII, the all-but-dead independence movement allied itself with the Axis. Subhas Chandra Bose-who was influenced by European fascism-formed the Indian National Army, which clashed with the British Army and carried out pogroms against whites, pro-British natives, and Jews. India's native Jewish population was almost wiped out by Bose's ruthless purges. When the war ended, Bose was captured and sentenced to death for crimes against humanity. The Indian independence movement died with him, and is today remembered as a criminal movement responsible for heinous atrocities.

In 1948, the British Imperial Commonwealth was formed as the next incarnation of the British Empire. India became an autonomous dominion. Jawarhal Nehru became the dominion's first Prime Minister. Nehru's socialist policies, however, proved to be detrimental to the Indian economy, and he quickly fell from power.

In the 1960s, a communist insurgency sprang up. It had little public support, though, and was quickly snuffed out.

Today, India is a leader in technology and has one of the fastest-growing economies in the world. It still struggles, however, with overpopulation, poverty, illiteracy, and religious tensions, between Hindus, Muslims, and Sikhs.

While it began as a heated and sometimes volatile faceoff between the United States and French Empire, it has recently turned into a multinational affair, often with different countries working together in unusual harmony to reach for the stars.

In 1952, Emperor Sebastien Bonaparte called for a massive summit of the Empire's leading scientific leaders at that time - among them, German rocket scientist Werner von Braun, famed Jewish physicist Albert Einstein, and Russian chemist Sergei Dmitrov. The Scientific Conference of 1952 in Paris was marketed to the world as an exposition of modern science, medicine and technology - but, like most Sebastienite "conferences" that he championed to the world, there were significant backroom meetings held in secrecy by the Emperor and his inner council.

Sebastien had four main points to bring up at the conference. First, he wanted to develop a powerful and portable data processing machine - an improvement over the early, cumbersome computer. Secondly, he wanted to develop a nation-wide color TV broadcasting service, to be fully operational by 1972. Third, he wanted to develop a powerful explosive using the proposed theory of atomic fission - in 1959, this dream would be realized in the form of the atomic bomb. Finally, he wanted to pioneer rocket technology to deliver weapons and personnel through the upper atmosphere - in other words, a space program.

It came down to von Braun to take charge on the space program. He formed the ''Departemente Extraterre'', an agency that would develop the means to deliver payloads from one side of the Empire to the other via atmospheric rockets. While this was in some form a precursor to ICBM missile technology that would be developed in the 1970's, von Braun envisioned firing rockets through the sky from Moscow to Paris, carrying passengers from one city to another in mere minutes.

Long-distance atmospheric rocket tests proved futile throughout the early 1950's; not only that, it sparked the interest of the Americans and the Chinese, who feared that the French were building missiles aimed directly at targets in their countries and could deliver long-distance explosives.

The Pitcairns after much debate agreed to the Cook Islands offer with a few conditions,they have equal representation in the government and that they have the right to leave the Cook Islands at anytime.
