The New Gandhist party was formed in June 2009 by Subrata Gandhi.
The party has several key principles:
- Centralised Government
- Moderate Nationalism
- Free Market Economy
- Modernisation/ Westernisation
- Secularism
Three of these principles are taken directly from the Old Gandhist Party, but Westernisation, Free marketism and Centralised Government were new policies.
